Amongst the other estates in the area, The Gardens at Bishan definitely stands out in terms of architecture distinctiveness and resort feel.
Looking at it either from a distance or within the compound gives one a soothing feel, which is one of the important aspects when choosing a place you call home.
Amenities are more than adequate with some not commonly found in other developments like the kids play pool which is a playground in a pool, a small grass maze and ample BBQ pits for residents.
Without huge balconies like newer developments, the actual living space is bigger.
Build quality in the units are pretty decent. Marble flooring and parquet are excellent.
Ample parking either on ground level or basement carpark for residents and visitors. Generally clean and airy as well unlike some estates with dark basement with musky stench.
