THE UNIT

This flat is so near amenities. Plentiful of such. I'll explain later. Let me walk you thru the flat 1st.
This is a 3I model flat, a modified version. Which means, it has no specific Master Bedroom and an attached bathroom but HDB has added up a space near the Kitchen. That essentially is a small Utility Room that can sleep a person within. Outside that Utility Room, there are 2 compartments, a Toilet and a Bathroom, placed side by side. Then there's the Kitchen area outside this 2 Toilet and Bathroom.
As you enter the flat, u'll find the Living Room and a wall in between the Living and the Kitchen. Remove the wall and u'll have a spacious rectangular layout from the Main door all the wat to the far end of Kitchen, before the Utility Room.
Separately, there are 2 Common Rooms, one facing the corridor and the other faces the opposing block.
Ok now the amenities...
1) the legendary Queensway Shopping Centre
2) the iconic IKEA, 1st outlet opened before Tampines
3) 2 local favourite stalls, Asmah A&R Family Chicken Rice (just at the void deck) and Mr Avocado (at Alexandra Village Food Centre)
4) ABC Market, as it's affectionately known, also minutes walk away
