This flat is so near amenities. Plentiful of such. I'll explain later. Let me walk you thru the flat 1st.
This is a 3I model flat, a modified version. Which means, it has no specific Master Bedroom and an attached bathroom but HDB has added up a space near the Kitchen. That essentially is a small Utility Room that can sleep a person within. Outside that Utility Room, there are 2 compartments, a Toilet and a Bathroom, placed side by side. Then there's the Kitchen area outside this 2 Toilet and Bathroom.
As you enter the flat, u'll find the Living Room and a wall in between the Living and the Kitchen. Remove the wall and u'll have a spacious rectangular layout from the Main door all the wat to the far end of Kitchen, before the Utility Room.
