The sale of City Towers in Bukit Timah has finally been completed at its fourth en bloc attempt and after a pair of sibling owners initially attempted to block the deal.
RESALE prices of condominium units in Singapore dipped again in July for the second consecutive month, while the volume of sales surged by almost one-third, according to monthly figures from real estate portal SRX Property released on Wednesday.
Decrease of 0.2 % detected in Singapore’s private condominium and apartment rentals. At the same time, HDB rents fell by 0.8 % as well in June from May and volumes keep on dropping, too.
