CHRISTOPHER Tang, 59, is stepping down as CEO of Frasers Property Singapore at the end of 2019 after 18 years with the group, it said in a bourse filing on Wednesday.
The sale of City Towers in Bukit Timah has finally been completed at its fourth en bloc attempt and after a pair of sibling owners initially attempted to block the deal.
This will make them a cornerstone investor alongside Alibaba, China state-owned Overseas Chinese Town Holding, and an associate company of Hong Kong-based Henderson Land Development.
