JTC on Tuesday said it has launched one site at Tuas West Avenue for tender under the second half of the 2019 Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) programme.
A ROW of six adjoining shophouses in Tanjong Pagar have been launched for sale, either individually or collectively, via an expression of interest exercise, joint marketing agents Colliers International and Jones Lang Lasalle Singapore (JLL) said on Tuesday.
This will make them a cornerstone investor alongside Alibaba, China state-owned Overseas Chinese Town Holding, and an associate company of Hong Kong-based Henderson Land Development.
