Singapore stocks edged up as trading resumed on Monday afternoon, with the Straits Times Index advancing 0.18 per cent or 5.72 points to 3,235.15 as at 1.02pm.
GUOCOLAND'S net profit attributable to equity holders rose 24 per cent to S$183.7 million for the fourth quarter ended June 30, up from a restated S$147.5 million in the year-ago period, it announced on Friday.
DEVELOPERS sold 1,178 private homes in July 2019, up 43.5 per cent from the 821 units they moved in the previous month, but down 31.7 per cent from the 1,724 units they found buyers for, in July 2018.
