BUGIS Cube has been put up for collective sale via a public tender exercise at a reserve price of S$230 million, marketing agent Cushman & Wakefield said on Monday.
The Housing Board has launched 4,089 flats for sale on Wednesday, one day after Minister for National Development Lawrence Wong announced higher grants and higher income ceilings for flat buyers.
DEVELOPERS sold 1,178 private homes in July 2019, up 43.5 per cent from the 821 units they moved in the previous month, but down 31.7 per cent from the 1,724 units they found buyers for, in July 2018.
